Our process

STEP 1: Initial consultation

 

We will discuss your current situation, goals, and real estate investment objectives.

  • Are you an experienced investor looking for guidance?

  • Are you a first-time real estate investor trying to figure out where to start?

  • Do you need to complete a 1031 Exchange?

  • Are you interested in syndicated real estate opportunities?

  • Do you want to utilize your retirement account for real estate investing?

  • Are you at the retirement stage and need assistance in exiting the market in a tax favorable way?

  • Are you wanting to refinance one of your investment properties or need a new loan for an acquisition?

 

STEP 2: We buy & manage assets

 

We find, analyze, and buy the properties that have the best investment potential for our investors to start their journey to breaking generational curses and building wealth.

Our CEO, Tonya Weathers, invests in every deal we acquire. Weathers Capital manages the investment throughout the entire life cycle, from purchase to sell.

We sign on the loan and manage the property. We take care of everything for our investors, so they don't have to.

 

STEP 3: You invest & receive distributions

 

After our consultation, we determine if our investment criteria match and move forward with the investment.

Your investment means you own a percentage of the property directly.

We work directly with new and experienced investors.

Generally, you receive monthly or quarterly disbursements from the profits collected through rents and operations for the life of the deal.
